A tasty variation on classic pesto, this sauce is perfect for adding an original flavour to many dishes with a distinct Mediterranean touch.

INGREDIENTS

Sun-dried tomatoes 65%, Olive oil, sunflower oil, basil 12%, almonds, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (milk, salt, rennet). Acidity regulator: lactic acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Allergens highlighted in bold.

Bread croutons or Taralli as an appetiser. To season oriechette pasta in an original way or to enrich meat and fish main courses.

SERVING

Ready-to-use condiment. Reheat in a pan, adding 3 tablespoons of cooking water. Mix with pasta cooked al dente.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
